As many of our Christian brothers and sisters prepare to observe Ash Wednesday this week, we will consider the place of ritual in our own tradition, and its meaning in our lives.

Speaking our own truth is important, but effective only if we say it in ways others can hear. We will explore truth-telling in this service – its power and its glory!

On this Martin Luther King Sunday, we will take a look at courage and its role in our lives, our culture, our faith.

We will be looking at the covenantal nature of our church, and what that means for us as individuals and as religious community.

Featuring readings excerpted from Walking by Henry David Thoreau.

Using a beloved poem as a jumping off place, we will look at the almost infinite power we have to affect one another’s lives.
